ONLINE CLASSES AND PROGRAMME
The Hatha Yoga Flow Classes are a fusion of Hatha yoga, meditations, self-reflexion, breathing techniques and movement.
During our quarantine time and self-isolating (if you had to) I am offering you an ONLINE PROGRAMME (through Zoom) which is a monthly rolling subscription that gives you wonderful support and great value
There are WEEKLY minimum of:
– 3x 60-75minutes long live online yoga sessions you will get the recording from Zoom
– 3x 20-30minutes long online sessions dedicated to breath, meditation, restoration, high intensity exercise, power yoga
– 3x Mini Courses on the Chakras, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Basics or similar – These are special add-ons you will get included in the programme and you can do them any time.
– 1x 1-2-1 online Yoga Mentoring for you (this is a one off per 6 months) – you can use this to build your practice or to address a yoga therapy related goal. (this is 1x per subscription, not on a weekly basis)
-You will get the link for the recordings if you had to miss a class.
Daily support and inspiration in our Private FB group
This group is for you if you would like to connect to likeminded people, if you would like to be heard, seen or self reflect. Of course the main focus is YOGA (as you know it – asana) and BUT also Yoga as you might not know it – that is the yoga of action, reflection, intuition, breathing, yoga nidra, meditation, hand gestures, mantras and more!!! What is on offer is a holistic well-being programme.
Take this time to commit to a time or two, do as much as you like or as little.

Cost: £10 drop-in for the 70minutes long classes £7 for the 35-40minute long classes and £42 for the WHOLE PROGRAMME. If money is tight, please contact me to join in on a donation basis
